Happy Thanksgiving Vapor Talk
ChrisP and one other reacted to DragonGunner for a topic
I want to wish everyone on Vapor Talk a Happy Thanksgiving. I want to take this opportunity to give thanks to all those VT members who have helped me successfully quit analogs and for helping me improve my vaping experience over the past 8 1/2 months. I'm missing Thanksgiving this year (overseas) so please have a huge plate of food for me. May God bless you and your families.2 points -

3 smokers coming in from a smoke, for about the 6th time tonight: "****! IT'S ******* FREEZING!!" Me: *takes a long drag, exhales while talking* "Sorry, I hadn't noticed. Man, it's toasty in here, and this couch is so comfy. There's even a TV in front of it! Mmmm.... Chocolate. What flavor's yours? Oh, that's right." Maybe I'm mean, but I love rubbing it in!1 point -

Another thing to remember is that coils dont maintain a consistent resistance throughout its life. I find that my coils resistance lessens over time. If you are using VW, the device will automatically adjust for the variations.1 point

To VV or VW...that is the question....

you set the wattage you like to vape at and your device adjusts the voltage for you no matter the resistance of atty that your using.1 point -

This time of year the noobies come in the shop, wanting to quit stinkies as usual, but the new reason is "I'm tired of having to go outside and freeze to get my nic!" I smile and tell them that those days are now over, and bring in to the vapelyfe!1 point

That sucks iheart... Sad that society has degenerated so much in recent years... with my up bringing I was taught that nothing was more important than your word... I still live by that and have taught my kids the same... too bad that it seem to be no longer the case with the majority of people these days.1 point

I use VW since I use a variety of resistances. I am about "ease" and nothing is easier than having my APV read the resistance and pair the power output perfectly. When I was using VV I found myself fumbling around a lot and now with one exception I keep mine set on 7v and mostly use 1.8-2.2ohm resistances. I have one flavor I do bump it to 7.5w with a 2.2ohm coil. I do not think you can have a more powerful hit with wattage Grant. Its all the same thing, it is still voltage going to your coil but in wattage mode it adjusts the voltage to keep the same power regardless of the resistance of your atty. 7 watts with a 1.8ohm coil produces less voltage than 7 watts with a 2.2 ohm coil yet the power output is the same.1 point -

Welcome, and thank you for being up front about your stance. Are you aware of: The Drexel Study CASAA.org Kennedy Onassis research teams, and the studies being performed, notably Dr. Farsalinos Clive Bates Dr. Michael Siegel Dr. Polosos (sp) Dr. Gilbert Ross Forbes financial article CDC's Partial release of a study vs CDC's FULL release of same study National youth statistics concerning smoking (all time low) 100 French doctors petitioning FOR eCigs FDA, CDC, a French study, all being debunked and how, why, by whom. Big Pharma's grants to bribe towns, universities, states, etc into banning their strongest competition, the eCigs 156% ecig users were smokers, http://www.plosone.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.pone.0079332 TSET's rules for receiving bonus grants... ALA, ACA, TFK, etc, and all alphabet soup orgs involvement in trying to ban eCigs by suggesting we keep buying smokes until eCigs are taxed the same way If you are aware of even a few of the above, then why are you in opposition? We want truths, no propaganda, no agendas, just plain dumb truths. I'm nicer than I sound. Honest. Welcome! If you're interested in learning more, I'll round up even more food for thought any time, just ask.1 point -
