Pretty much all of the "exploding batteries" have been attributed to very cheap batteries without circuit protection, mismatched chargers/low grade chargers without protection and bad practice with batteries (user error). These videos and news stories are enemy propaganda.1 point

Bummer dude sorry to hear about your misfortune. At least you weren't buying what you thought was an original and paid big money for a clone. That would truly suck and I'm sure there are those out there who have had that happen. Posts like this although the misfortune of the one who got duped, is a staunch reminder for the rest of us to make double certain what we are buying and where we are buying it from.1 point -

Keep your eye on epipmods, from time to I have heard they have an Artisan that makes them and they sell it there. I have had thoughts of making one for myself using a mini pro tank. All I need is my pipe. lol1 point
