I figured it would be nice to start a thread about the little pleasures.... (Some silliness ahead. I love being silly) One thing that really brought my mood up back as a smoker was that fresh pack. I loved the sound taking the cellophane off, packing it, and pulling out that foil. ...so is that gone for me? No... Now... It's the zipper on my vape case, the sound and feel of connecting my clearomizer to my battery, and the 5 clicks to fire it up - I just know some joy is a moment away when I hear those sounds. My favorite is definitely the sound of connecting the clearomizer. It reminds me ever so slightly of when people assemble weapons in movies. I guess it is, in a way, a weapon - and I use it to blast away that naggy "I miss cigarettes" thought in my head. Wanting a cig? .... (in my best "mobster" impression) Say hello to my little friend!

i had seen this done somewhere before but when I began looking in my bookmarks could not find it so thank you Comp for sharing it here. I am going to give it ago. We use to have a local plating shop and wish now they were still in business, environmental regulations kind of got them shut down, as we are right on 2 rivers. any way this process kind of reminds me of some of the end result of plating etc

I'm not a pro yet but here is my 1.4 ohm twisted micro coil build for my KPT2. 1. Just wrapped on my 5/64 mini screwdriver 2. After the heating process 3. completed coil in housing 4. another close up 5. loaded with unboiled organic cotton 6. Time to enjoy. I hope you enjoy the pics.

Disclaimer: That was back in the day of cigalikes, You are correct kitsune 99.99999% is burnt off when vaping anything you get from a supplier. I just had so much in that mix that it was getting through. It was a DIY mix nothing you would get from a supplier.

That coil on the RSST is nasty. I have 28g and a dremel I might try this soon. The RSST I want it built like a daily, a good casual vape, not too much vapor but flavorful. Right now I'm at a 1.1ohm 7 wrap with 28g kanthal using cotton. I love it, its great! And I can chain vape without too much heat or dry hits. Plus the added fact is looks sexy! lol

I'm with you on that, Wizard. Those who want to be rescued can go ahead, I'll just wait until said rescuers are gone before coming out of hiding. Then, it'll be time to enjoy the peace and quiet time away from work.

Personally I love the ritual of making my own coils. I LOVE making coils. For me this is my Zen moment.

I have been vaping for a coupla months now and have cut down on the CHEW considerably. Loving everything about it. I began with a starter kit and was then intriduced to the upgrades by a long time user. I purchased a Supertanker 800 and my enjoyment of vaping has skyrocketed. I have cut down my tobacco use from a can to a can and a half a day to a can every 2-3 days. YAY!

I don't know how much you'll get for those crystal balls... they must be defective otherwise you could have just asked one of them!
