  1. While watching an unseen before episode of Rules of Engagement, and likely the funniest one I ever saw, it dawned on me that I was laughing hard without coughing. Hip hip hooray!

  2. USB uses 5v however they are capable of higher current than the usb port from your computer. If you notice the chargers you buy have different amperage ratings. tablet chargers are normally around 2A. Phone chargers around 1 Amp. The computer is normally limited to around 500mA. The heat is from I2R losses basically it's from resistance to current flow. When current flows it generates heat and that heat can cause the battery to explode. Most batteries have shut offs for overcurrent. so if your not using a charger with overcurrent protection (the joytechs have it) then your asking for this to happen. Rapid charging can cause gassing. Charging a battery past it's capacity can cause damage also. This is not limited to e cigg batteries. It's true of all batteries including cell phone and tablet batteries. There was a big ta do about the iphone batteries doing something similar a few years ago or maybe it was android i can't quite remember.

  4. Hello everyone! My name is Rett and I have been smoking for 3 years; analogs that is. I have been vaping for a few weeks now, and since day one, have not touched a cigarette! Woot woot! I've tried Blu e cigs and they did nothing for me. I've also tried to quit cold turkey and would only last 3-4 days before breaking. I feel healthier and more energetic now. I'm so glad to quit smoking because 5 dollars a day for a pack was burning a hole through my pocket. Plus the misses didn't like the smell at all. I now have a new hobbie; Vaping! I'm spending a lot of money but its all good because I love learning about things like this. I have been lurking the forums for awhile and have learned a lot. Sorry for the long intro. Equipment: 1000 mah VV Ego-T passthrough 3.3v; 4.1v-3.3v as battery decreases Two evod tanks with 1.8 ohms Kanger protank II 1.8ohms I love my current setup but feel like I may be itching to upgrade soon. Thanks for reading!

  6. You NEVER stop going to school.......and you NEVER stop paying tuition. The best you can hope for is that the tuition steadily declines with time. You just took another class, that's all. I celebrate any day that I can make it through without calling myself an idiot.......they occur much less often than not.

  7. Better is relative...I keep thinking "what's next", but I'm happy with what I've got so far, like you Ego twist, 2 PT2's, 2 Mini Davides, 2 Evods...about 8-10 Juices. Variable Power looks cool...

    Possible vapers tongue?

Yep. Vapors tongue. The only reliable solution I have besides what you have mentioned is to switch out unlike flavors. Change between a fruit and a coffee, for example. You have to bounce around a little. If you think about it, the same thing is true for just about anything you eat. And I have found, for me, brushing teeth and mouthwash destroys a vape for some time, so I don't brush my teeth anymore

To Boge or Not to Boge?

The Kanger T2 is a workhorse. Delivers great flavor and virtually no fussing and problems other than switching out the coil once in a while. They are inexpensive and easy to find. Recommend 1.8 with standard battery, 2.2 or 2.5 with variable voltage. I don't have much experience with boge cartos but others do and I'm sure you will see some help there. The boge tanks and cartos you linked are popular and do deliver flavor. Most of the vape bars in my area use them as testers. Variable voltage is almost a must to optimize flavor and vapor. Only takes a little experimenting to dial it in no matter what you have on top. There definitely is a sweet spot for voltage on any device. I now keep my standard batteries as pretty much back up because its tough to go back after you've used variable. Hope that helps a little bit
