I can identify I have tried a ridiculous number of flavors over the last 4 months and there are only 3 I can vape all day. When I first started vaping if you told me that 4 months later my three all day Vapes would be Spearmint, Candy Cane(peppermint), and Strawberry I would have laughed. Try some outside the box stuff. I have developed a routine with my flavors now. From Breakfast-Dinner it is all Mints, mostly Candy Cane, then all night and in the morning it is Strawberry Fields. The only time that changes is when I am drinking, especially on the lake where we are drinking all day, its all Strawberry Fields. Mints do not go with Makers Mark very well for me.2 points -

Is your favorite juicemaker AEMSA certified? After recieving some really bad, I mean terrible, I mean so freaking bad I had to call the maker and ask WTF is in that juice? So after some great vapes and good discussion, I have made the decision to only buy liquid from AEMSA certified labs, with a few exceptions.... The purpose of these Standards is to create a responsible and sustainable practices and process for the safe manufacturing of e-liquids used in electronic cigarettes. Our members believe we have a responsibility to self-regulate the e-liquid manufacturing process based on professional criteria. AEMSA aims to accomplish this by creating, implementing and upholding standards for the manufacture of e-liquids. One of AEMSAs primary goals is to provide consumers with higher degrees of confidence our members products are manufactured with professionalism, accuracy and safety AEMSA standards are established based on the following Core Beliefs: We have a responsibility to verify the accuracy of any nicotine content in the products we distribute. We have a responsibility to ensure the quality and safety of all ingredients in our e-liquids. We have a responsibility to prepare our products in a clean, sanitary and safe environment. We have a responsibility to ensure our products are packaged and delivered in a safe manner. We have a responsibility to provide a level of transparency into the monitoring and verification process.1 point

just bought this custom made mod and a trident clone for 130. it was made here in ohio and there are only 12 in existence as of right now. love this thing!!!!!!!!1 point

The 1300s are the same height as a 900 mAh but fatter around. If your boss isn't okay with something that's as tall as a 1100 Twist, then I don't think a 1300 would be for you at work. The 900s are a bit shorter than the 1100 though.1 point

Is your e-liquid AEMSA certified?

But, but ,but those suppliers are paying $450 a month to say they are AEMSA certified. That must mean they are good right?1 point -

4 more Davide Minis. Best glass tank for those on the go imo. Love my KPT2 but mostly at home just so bulky. I think the Davide mini might have better flavor by a smidgen too.1 point -
In theory certification is a good thing. I hope to see more e-liquid suppliers adopt excellence standards. That said I'm pretty happy with the vendors I currently use on a regular basis. They're very transparent in their business practices and offer great customer service. As I branch out little by little to DIY juices I doubt I'll notice if a vendor is certified or not.1 point

My liquid is not certified. But I take the utmost care when mixing. I make sure all my stuff sits in closed containers, is sterilized with alcohol swabs, I wash my hands and the table before I put on latex gloves. Then i mix the juice with the same pg and VG as is used from vape dudes and sweet vapes. My flavors are all listed as to who makes them so there are no surprises.... So what's the big deal?1 point
-
Actually I was fortunate that the 'first' one I tried was their 'Regular', which is supposed to be a substitute for Marlboro Reds, and it was pretty fair. And it was far better than the taste of an analog. But had I started with vanilla, strawberry, pinacolada, blueberry, etc., yeah, I might have run away. So I've gone through a PG regular, a VG regular, and a cigar.....not too bad, and I've got a bunch more tobacco samples, so if they are Okay, I'll use em, but I am anxious to order from a different source, and ECblends is probably it.1 point

FDA to ban online e cigarette sales!
spydre reacted to bcartervol98 for a topic
Keep in mind that is 5ml between 2 people. A lot if people on here claim to vape 5-6ml per day alone. I do not see how it is possible. And please do not mistake my questions as sarcasm or intended to belittle the AEMSA at all. As someone who runs businesses in a very highly regulated environment I understand fully the need for standards and accountability to those standards. I read theirs earlier and agree fully with them. I just do not think it needs to be assumed those on that list are the only ones adhering to rigid standards with their production. As Troy said above, I am certain there are fees some do not want to pay. Being in the automotive industry there are literally dozens of rating agencies that will certify you for a fee and you can promote the certification. I am 100% all for requirements to meet standards for liquid production and that it needs to be uniform across the industry. I guess my bigger point is until there is uniformity with regards to standards and requirement under law to meet those standards being on or not being on this list means less to me than my own research and reputation amongst the vaping community.1 point -

Yeah. Nothing like it. Imagine dozens of flavors from top vendors at your fingertips. I always walk away with 100% vapable juice. I have paid a little more but found this new place where the prices are more aligned with on line prices. The only downside is its easy to get "vaped out" with flavors and go in to a tailspin where you can't taste anything anymore. But it's nice. They even have bottled water and the atmosphere is friendly. People love to give you recommendations.1 point

Protected or unprotected batteries? And which is the best brand?
Uma reacted to CascadianExotics for a topic
Efests are pretty much crap for anything but regulated devices. Since you're using a Zmax, there's no real need to drop twice the cash for AWs. As for the charger. Go to Amazon and look up the Nitecore Intellicharge series. A two or four bay smart charger shouldn't cost you more than $25 shipped.1 point -

I know plenty of people that do unfortunately. And the Tommy Chong scandal was over him selling to a narc in a state that had outlawed buying paraphernalia online I believe. He refused to do it for quite a bit of time, but the guy kept bugging the crap out of him until he did it. So much corruption these days .1 point

All this means is that they will be putting alot of American Business's out of business. They can not stop us from buying from Health Cabin and Fasttech. They also can not stop the sale of components of DIY, wire, wick etc. We'll all be using RBA type devices. I will also be stocking up on Nicotine prior to then.1 point

I am wondering if that is what happened with my KPT1? I loved the way it hit, just not the metallic taste. I cleaned the KPT2 before using it as well as my remaining Davides. I did not clean the first Davide I got in and got no metallic taste but washed the rest after learning I should lol.1 point -

If enough members were interested we'd be happy to bring it back. Funnily enough we were just talking about this in the VIP forum. Middle man here; This is exactly the reason we did away with it. And no, directing traffic out of the forum is not ok, especially with only 1 post contributed.1 point
