Things I like :)

I have a $80 bottle of cologne I wear on occasion well now more frequently because I can smell my cologne all day and even outside in the wind. The longer you go without stinkies the worse they will start to smell.3 points -
3 words - vaping in bed Not an ashtray or butt to be found 90 days, baby! 90! (In my best Telly Savalas voice) Picturing 1800 analogues in a pile and shaking my head in disbelief3 points
-
Please add to list for my own and other x-stink users benefit: * Not smoking analogs * Can take giant face hits without the eye burn * Sounds like pop rocks which brings back child like feelings that warm the soul and dwarf the need for smoke. * Can place in pocket immediately after vaping. I'm 14 days in. A bit whacked and moody but so pleased. Compared to nic gum, patches or pills....this really is working well! Peace, C_2 points

Well I went to the store to buy the 306, it was pretty busy so while I was waiting I notice this one employee is doing something funny (strange), oh, he's rebuilding an atomizer. So now I've got a free show. And I'm watching him and the whole time I'm thinking 'that's not hard. I can do that. He's rebuilding an Octopus RDA. Of course, I start asking questions. Now I'm in trouble. So I walk out with a 510 (he didn't have any 306's) AND my new Octopus which is the picture I posted. THE OCTOPUS ROCKS! There it sits majestically atop my ego 1000maH twist......a few drops of cappuccino...GLORIOUS.....a few drops of mocha java....BLISS....a couple drops of caramel popcorn.....a couple more drops of caramel popcorn.......a couple more drops....well, that pretty much lays out my Sunday for ya....now, where's that Belgian Waffle....ah, yes....... STUPENDOUS. *disappears in a cloud of vapor*2 points

Wow. That is impressive.Even now when I am vaping I still think of the cigar or pipe. I dislike the smell of burning tobacco now for some reason, but somehow it still calls. I won't consider myself free until I dont get that anymore. That is testimony to how this "Electronic Cigarette" stuff works. Awesome stuff.2 points -

Hi all! I just got into vaping when an old friend of mine actually bought me an ego-c for my 30th bday (which just passed on Friday). When I posted on Twitter that I wanted to quit smoking analogs (cold turkey) when I turned 30, he went online and purchased me a kit from ConstantVapor.com. I got my kit June 11th, and have been analog free since then. When my BF smokes analogs around me, the smell of it makes me want to gag. I honestly can't believe I used to smoke cigarettes for so long! BF is actually thinking of getting a kit for himself, since I started, just so that we can vape together. To be honest, vaping has been the best decision for my health that I've made in a long time.1 point

Feel like a noob today I got a new toy today and I want to post it in the bump thread. I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I've tried directly uploading and I keep getting an file size error. I also have it saved on a Flickr account and that seems even more complicated. Any tips? Oops. Okay there it is but it's hecka small1 point

Brand new Brick & Mortar store and a very cool idea. This place specializes in e-juices. They have a few devices and some basic gear but they're really set up to deliver the juice. And juices they have... This place really is a bar. Nice friendly inviting atmosphere, flat screen TV with the game on, and a long wooden bar with bar stools. Behind the bar, a giant rack loaded with e-juice. I moseyed up to the bar and set myself a spell when a friendly waiter brings over a menu. Nice menu! Well laid out and professional. It's exactly like what you'd see at a 4star restaurant. The Vapor Bar carries premium juices from at least 7 different makers and dozens of flavors from each vendor - the Vaping Monkey, Uncle Jack's, Black Label, Lush Vapor, and a few more, including their locally made Shark Juice. All testers are at 6mg nic. I sat there for about 1/2 an hour tasting juices. Outstanding service. Great e-juice. Fun atmosphere and met lots of friendly people. Great social atmosphere. I paid a little bit more for juice $11 - $13 for 15ml. BUT I walked away with 45ml of the best juice I have ever tried and I will vape all of it.....and go back for sure. Well worth the extra money to know what you're getting instead of hit or miss on line. This won't stop me from ordering on line but it is a nice break to get out and socialize with other vapers too. Highly recommended if you live in the South Bay Area1 point

Have had my pair of Vision Spinners now for about a week, and have had no desire to open that last pack of analogs in my truck. The Spinners I have are manual, and I like that, but they are my only point of reference. I do like the fact that with the manual I can start the juice cooking a second early, thus not having to take a long draw, which I suspect is necessary with an auto. Anyway, I want to order another kit of the '510' type, just to have something a little smaller. Just curious as to what others prefer in that size batt., and this size ecig for that matter. The low voltage should be no problem, as I've kept my spinners at 3.5v max.1 point

* Not knowing where to start, when it comes to the millions of things I like about vaping. * The advancements of batteries, atomizers, tanks, RBA's, electronics, mechanicals, Chips, Hybrids, and more. * The assortment of wonderful gadgets that beginners get to start off today, unlike the Tea-bags and Fluval of days gone by. * My rosey cheeks. *. More hugs, and more lingering hugs from my family. <--- #1 ~!!!! aha! Now I know where to start1 point

Things I like :)

Things I really like: 1. The comradery of the folks on this forum. It really helps. 2. I really like (love) a certain lady who sent me a load of juice 15 bottles plus in various types. She took the time to care if I made it. 3. She also sent me T2's, CE5's, CE4's, and other clear's. 5. She also sent me tips and LR carts and an Ego purple battery! With charger! 6. She also decided to ship it overnight mail at considerable expense to be sure I got it quick. 7. I really like not jonesing for once for nic. I was not getting enough and now I am. 8. I really like that I now know I can make it and be comfortable doing it! 9. I also like that I have been charged with paying this forward to another when I time is right!1 point -
as much as i love my evic i would NOT recommend it for your first foray into the ecig world. The cheap disposables are a different animal then the regular manual ecigs. i would recommend you start with something like the ego twist or a vision spinner or even just a plain old push button battery and a clearomizer. I like the ego but i learned quickly that if your not careful it will burn the crap out of any wick regardless if there is juice in there or not. so that being said im off to rewick my protank atty. LOL!1 point

Smokeless Image makes a great little cig look-a-like and the 78mm size is 320mah and last about 3 to 4 hours depending on use. I have 4 batts and there great when your using both hands as if gaming or driving stick1 point

Yup.....dripping is the real deal. May be a bit more fuss and muss, but so worth it !!!1 point

I just thought they were amazingly cool looking. And i'm usually pretty practical. But one look and I was like 'let me drive that thing' . Meanwhile, I'm preparing a post in which I curse all you dripping queens for turning me to the dark side, lol. I have taken the red pill. I am not who I was 24hrs ago......1 point

I couldn't vape less than 24mg for about a month or I'd be climbing the walls. Then I braved throwing in some 18mg once in a while. 3 months later, 24mg tastes strong to me. I only vape a few hits of it before dropping to 18mg or lower. I have 3 clearos with 6 now i rotate during the day with 18 if I need it. I can totally see myself with very little nic in a couple months.1 point

I live in FLorida .,Ive had lots of things not come out of the carnage that is my car in the summer ,Ive had sneakers melt off the soles, numerous cheap lighter explode , water bottles expand - it can get over 120 degrees in a car in under an hour. logic would only dictate any battery is probably unsafe to store in the car .My daughter left her cell phone in my car and the screen got so hot it has a permanent rainbow like haze on the digtizer. side note- I didnt sue anyone for my stupidity1 point
-
A Vision Nano sounds like the perfect thing for you, it only holds 1 ml of juice so you don't have to "commit" to one flavor if you don't want to. I have a bunch of different clearomizers going at one time with different juices so all I have to do is switch them out.1 point
-
There's no insulator in the wick hole, and all the seals & gaskets look fine, so I broke it all the way down and I'm soaking everything in vinegar now. I'll rinse the parts with hot water followed by PGA when I get home from work tomorrow and post the results.1 point

Oh hey, now, guys, at first I thought he was a Vendor too, because the professional sounding intro, but that was soon quashed when the music drowned him out. Aha! Normal folk just like us. He then turned off the music and presented us with the goodies that most of us vets have been recommending. This guy obviously did his research for a few months (I know I sure did, what a trip that was!), prior to this video, prior to his vaping starting day. I'm willing to give him some slack, and see how his next video goes. hmmmm, I'm too late, he's banned.. lol. Oh well. Hey, though, I hope you don't mind if I share this video with newbies now and then so they can "see" what we're talking about. I mean, this guy even covered the carrying case, the lanyard, all from different places, including his BOTTLES of juice, iclear clearomizers, T2's... Twists... Pretty darn good info if you ask me. I know I know, you didn't ask me-eee. I still vote to give him another chance. He's new to vaping, new to making video's, probably doesn't understand the code of ethics of not hitting and running and spamming in several threads hoping you got the right one. He ain't no JC or Smokey, at this point, I don't think. But I've been wrong before... once... just once mind you1 point -
i just did it. i thought ill just buy a bottle of nicotine.. and a quart of pg and a quart of vg because its the best value for the price... and then ill mix it.... well.... dont you think i might need a beaker? and a dropper with mL markings on it? yes.... did i get either? no.....1 point

Hey everyone! Name is Jill, and I just wanted to say Hi to all the people on here. I'm pretty new to vaping, but I'm learning and loving it so far! I started with a couple disposables and took the plunge and bought a Lavatube Version 2. Did not like that at all! I found a local e-cig store, thankfully. And I purchased an Ego Kit. Super happy with my e-cig now! So happy I can quit smoking cigarettes! Anyways I hope to learn a lot from all you "veterans" of the vaping world! Later! Jill R.1 point -
Help with picking juice
LUZR4LIFE reacted to CascadianExotics for a topic
No worries, my man!!! We have all been there at one point or another. The only stupid question is the one that is not asked. (Trust me on this. I have a tendency to meticulously research things....yet overlook, or not even think about the most mundane, common-sense thing until confronted with the situation, LOL!!!)1 point -
where to get good juices
Uma reacted to Thesheepdog for a topic
OK if that ends up true for me then either I am very picky or very unlucky in picking juices! I do have one however that was perfect the day I got it. Nicquid's Strawnanna Smoothie and cafe E-cig vanilla Custard. The other 6 Nicquid juices I got were nasty to me. Maybe my tasters are still calibrating? Its only been about a month for me. In any case I hope the others come around!1 point -
Not to turn this into a steeping debate but i have never really noticed a difference in steeping juices. I have about 5 bottles of WTF!? juice that are now 6 weeks old. This weekend I rolled them out and tried them again and they are every bit as nasty as they were 6 weeks ago. I cant say I have one juice that improved and ive been pretty patient. But the ones i got that were great staight away stayed great. I dunno. Jury's still out for me on steeping.1 point

The T2s mute the flavors of my juices much less than others I've found. Still, ever since Kitsune got me started on direct dripping that's my main delivery system. If it wasn't for her and others' help on this forum I might've not made it past the learning curve. What mg of nicotine are you getting? That might also affect how you get on with vaping.1 point

Lapsing to Analogs When You Can't Charge Your Battery
Christie reacted to Thesheepdog for a topic
Thanks Patricia. I will try those. I know my tastes are changing back to some sembelence of normal so it may take a bit. I am just finding that the furthest away from tobacco is what is working best for me. I got one well rated tobacco juice and I couldnt even try it after smelling it. Im turning into a tobacco nazi now. I can smell an ashtray 100ft away and I complain about it. (under my breath of course) I remember still what that demon is like. 40 years of smoking? You started when you were 3?1 point -
