  1. Last Monday I got my starter kit the eGo T and to my surprise by Thursday I smoked my last traditional cigarette!!! I had no idea I would able to put them down so soon and I know it's early but I'm loving the vapor and really it just tastes better and completely satisfies my need to smoke. I haven't thrown out the carton of cigs in my truck console yet but I'm thinking I will soon!!! Going on day 3 with no desire to light up!!! (-: I'm glad I found this forum and look forward to learning more...

    Interesting read...

I find their negatives funny: "Some flavours (e.g. piña colada) have a lingering fragrance" I see it as an air freshener , it's better than an overbearing smoke smell radiating off you, or in the area your smoking. "Environmental concern about safe disposal of cartridges and batteries" I wouldn't see it any better than the cigg. packages thrown on the ground, or the buds left. They trash out more of an area than a e-cig cartridge. Never-less,the batteries are recyclable, and the cartridges, some plastic can be done the same I would think? Health wise- I have to agree, even though I ran before, my running now isn't as strained, so I personally see that their is health benefits to it. Interesting study, yet they need to do a wider range besides the small amount of people. Never-less, even their studies showed over 60% quit or lessened their regular smoking habits overall, any is better than none!

  3. I also just joined as a regional rep. I'm impressed that many of their agendas SUPPORT bans of sales to minors. IMO this proves that this industry is capable of self-regulation and responsible commerce.

  4. I have to agree on a lot of those points and after almost 4 years there's a lot that I am in the dark about but I know what I like. And as for the Bozo comment, I resemble that remark!!! lol

    Memorial Day

I finished my weekend with an the first overnight hospital stay if my adult life Monday night but found another huge advantage to vaping. Dr gave me permission to vape in my room and spent some time explaining why its better, and I quote, "a million times" better than smoking.

  6. I would buy some Ego CC long wick clearomizers (T2 another name) and some replacement coils. I just ordered more to have one for each flavor. All you need is a clearo and a battery and you're good. Veteran Vaper is a great supplier of these. I keep 1.8ohm for fruit flavors and 2.2 for tobacco flavors or coffee if that's what you find you like. They are simple to fill and the tank will last a long time, are easy to clean, cost is around $4.50 with a coil and replacements coils are $2. They last about 2 weeks if using the same one but a lot longer if you keep multiple tanks and switch around. In my case are 2 ego 1000mah batteries, 2 Vision Spinners 1300 mah, and 3 full T2s at all times. I keep a charger at home, one in my office at work, and one to travel with and have yet to have two dead batteries at the same time. The 1000mah are my backups and the spinners are my daily vapers. Everyone has different experiences but I an not a fan of cartomizers or atomizers. I think clearomizers are the most widely used, and for me the Kanger T2, also called the Ego CC Long Wick Clearomizer, is the head of the class. I think they offer everything a tank does without the expense.

  8. Don't let these bozos confuse you, Grant...everyone here is too nice and helpful, LOL!!! :p The world of e-cigs can sometimes be really confusing even to the veterans. There are hundreds of vendors selling thousands of products, with more being released, tested, and reviewed daily. Knowing which one to go with is never a "for-sure" thing....no matter what the Provari fanboys on that "other" forum will try to have you believe. The best advice I could give you at this point is to not put too much pressure on yourself. You've already taken the first step towards a cleaner, healthier lifestyle by having the desire to make the switch. So, be patient and take some time to do some research, and ask questions before jumping headlong into anything. In time, all this foreign terminology you're now encountering will make perfect sense. May I suggest that before you do anything else, get on YouTube, and look up Pbusardo. His channel is jam packed with product reviews and tutorials. However, the one video of his I'd recommend as "Required Viewing" would be his "Beginners Guide to E-Cigs" that he did at the beginning of this year. That video alone should clear up a lot of confusion you may be having at this point. Welcome to the forum, and the world of Vaping!!!
