  1. So here we go! Post pics of your toys! I want to stick to just hardware. Juice is great and vape boxes are essential but lets keep it simple. This is for all your hardware pics. Mods, tanks, rba's, atties, whatever you want to share! I'll start it off! Enjoy the thread! From left to right: Legacy Standard w/ kick extension + AGA-S, first gen LT + 306 (cannon drip tip), Bombshell Stinger + Igo-L, VAMO + Valley Vapes carto tank (boge standard carto)

    Best E Cig Starter Kit?

i posted a topic in the new members forum before and i had gotten some pretty good answers but i thought this might be a better fit for my topic. so can anyone give me some e cig brands that are high quality and that have from your experience tasted very close to the same as an analog? ive learned that it will never be exactly the same but being a newbie and not wanting to make my own liquid i just want some good suggestions, and what i should look out for and not purchase. ive been looking for a starter kit similar to V2, but ive heard V2 is not the best. any information will help thanks

  4. Take one of the rubber condoms they are packaged with on the ends. Fill up one and slide the bottom of the Carto into it. Then squeeze the rubber a bunch of times the liquid will absorb nicely into the filler material.

  5. I'm thinking about doing that in the near future. I've been using the 24 mg day and night - I usually end up vaping more heavily at night when I'm sitting around and I'm having wild and crazy nicotine induced dreams. It is definitely something to consider! Being so new at quitting the analogs, I've still got major cravings - but it's getting better all the time....

    Time To Fess Up

I'm not addicted to nicotine nearly as much as I'm addicted to the act of smoking lol

  7. Hello! This is my first post, and I'd like to share my experiences with vaping thus far. First off, my vaping set up is composed of various tanks, mainly being Vivi Novas and the like, and a couple pass-through Smoktech batteries. I still enjoy using cartomizers on occasion instead of a tank. I feel like I get a faster hit, and it's less of a hassle in my opinion. I'm sure others could argue with this, but something about it feels different than a tank to me. I really enjoy the pass-through batteries. I do a lot of work at the computer, and it is great to have a consistently charged battery. I also have two standard Blu brand e cigs, which.. Well, they haven't failed me yet. I get a little worked up about carrying around my Smoktech pass-throughs with me, when I go outside (anxiety.) The Blu's make me feel more comfortable. I've gotten some dirty looks because of my smoktech, sadly.. I still bring it out when I walk though, when I'm not feeling anxious. xD As for liquid, I have tried PG-80/VG-20 and PG-20/VG-80. I have two tanks that were gifted to me. I believe they work better with higher PG with my battery. I think the Vivi tanks work fine with just about any liquid, lol. My favorite flavors both happen to be pie flavors from a certain website. I think I like more sweet flavors than fruity, or anythng like that. But yeah, that's all. I just wanted to share this. Maybe it'll help someone, if not the post itself, then maybe someone's response to this. Anyway, thanks for reading!

  8. You will find out eventually a useful tool in your vaping arsenal is a simple paperclip. Especially, if you make a small hook at one end and leave the other end straight. Very good for prying and unclogging, lift adjustments and straightening. I always have one in my eGo case!

  9. (I really do know how to spell "praises"...apparently the memo got lost between my brain and my fingers!) This afternoon, I had a meeting with a new co-worker to go over an explanation of what her work duties are going to be, etc. 30 minutes into it, she just happened to mention that she and her husband both smoke and need to quit but have tried many times and failed. What a perfect setup!! I grabbed my e-cig from the side of my desk and started telling her all about it. She was very interested, asked a lot of questions and was anxious to get home to tell her husband. I think what really sold her was when I showed her the 4 drawers of e-juices I have! I gave her a business card for a nearby e-cig store that I go to a lot. I think I'll find a way to bring it up to her again when she starts working here. Funny thing too, I knew she smoked the second she walked in, there might as well have been a cloud around her as strong as the smoke smell was. I just can not believe I used to smell like that!! The smell even lingered in the chair she sat it, I smelled it over an hour later!!

  10. Hi All I just wanted to outline my journey converting to Ecigs in an effort to help others get rid of analogs.. I have been a pack a day smoker for 32 years, I have gone through the patches, gum, drugs, and even hypnosis in many attempts to quit. I was getting so bad I thought quitting was going to be another career for me. Everything I attempted lasted no more than a week. Patches never conquered the oral fixation and they just hurt to wear and remove. The gum tasted like crap and left me feeling lightheaded and sick. Hypnosis worked for a day but then I found myself fighting the cravings all over again.. I year ago I found the Ecig, what a great idea it addresses all the learned habits of smoking, the oral fixation the hit of the smoke, the nic addiction, and I can even still go outside if I want and act like it's an analog. I tried to enter the ecig lifestyle a year ago by buying a greensmoke start set, I had problems right off the bat, batteries would not give me enough juice to last a day and the carts were not strong enough to make me stop analogs, I quickly switched to Blu so I could have a travel charger and take multiple batteries with me.. I thought I had reached the solution but problems quickly arose.. I could never get a decent hit from the carts, they tasted like crap and could never get enough nic to break the analog habit. After a couple of weeks the batteries started to die and I found myself leaving them behind and staying with analogs.... Oh well another attempt failed... A couple of weeks ago I decided to try E cigs again, When I purchased Blu last year I was also looking at V2. This time I decided to start with V2, "20/20 hindsight I wish I would have found Vapor Talk before buying V2". My attempt this time was much better than my 1st attempt. V2 gave me the option to use other juices and the batteries lasted all day. I was able to get a good hit from them and they did remove all my cravings, I gave up analogs within 4 days and have been analog free since Feb 28th. I have since moved to Ego with a clearomizor and a whole new world has opened up. Thank you all for helping us noobs and I know that this a new life of vaping not smoking. I hope this helps others looking to move to vaping, the only thing I wish I did differently this time was to start with the Ego set. V2 did do the trick but restrict the vaping options available.

  11. Hello there, I still remember when I saw an electronic cigarette for the first time. I asked what it was and how it functions. I was really hesitant then, somewhat paranoid that it might electrocute me if I use it and a bit curious about the feeling. I definitely loved tobacco smoking then (been at it for like 15+ years). Though, I knew the effects, I still continued with it up until I noticed that I have shorter stamina and was dependent on it. I somehow figured that it was about time to quit or at least reduce my smoking as I was consuming more than 2 packs of cigarettes a day (Talk about costly)! Then, a friend of mine showed me for the first time how the e-cigarettes actually work and told me to actually give it a try. After, I sipped it, I was really surprised, it was Cherry flavored and it felt good! I was lucky he had an extra starter kit and agreed to give it to me. Then, it wasn't for long that I noticed that I had switched from the traditional cigar smoking habit into the e-cigs! With all the flavors and blends, I simply enjoyed it... Now, I'm particularly prefer mixing 2 different e-juice flavors, mostly with apple flavor... I'm just glad that I discovered it! Share how you started vaping.

  12. Want opions. I'm looking into mods, currently using Riva batteries ( came with kit) with a Vivi Nova tank. I'm looking strongly at the Silver bullet. What other mods are out, (Good ones)? I know the $$ of mods are great.

    New Mod For My Wife!

So my wife and I are both quickly approaching our one year vaporversary. Over this year I've bought four different big battery mods while she has stuck faithful to her ego's. A couple months ago I got her a twist which she loves after some time. I am looking to buy her a nice device to mark our first year smoke free. I have to get something on the small side. I know she kind of likes my legacy but the size is too much for her. I'm thinking maybe precise plus our something along those lines. I need input! She's a small woman and won't use anything as big or bigger than a legacy standard...any advice? She doesn't care much about vv or long battery life as long as it's reliable. She doesn't mind to charge a time or so a day and she's not a heavy vaper either maybe 1-3ml /day. She loves her mini nova too so that will have to look decent on it lol.
