  1. Congrats on getting off analogs!!! Myself, a 20+ year smoker, I've been off them going on 4 weeks now....and yes, I vape waaaay more than I ever smoked. So much so that the 24-26 mg liquid I started with was making me sick. Needless to say, I am now at 12mg, and happily chain-vaping to my heart's content. As long as you're off analogs, and have found your perfect nic strengths, there's never such thing as too much!! My lungs still haven't recovered to the point that a good throat hit in the morning won't send me into an asthma attack, but its getting there. I'm already looking into getting a VV device (vision spinner 1300 mAh), so I'll be able to design my perfect Vaping day. Again, Congrats on 3-days off the cigs!!!

  3. Depending on how much power you're applying to the atomizer's coil, you can figure roughly 2-3 pulls per drop. With most drip atties, you can drip 3-4 drops in without flooding or leaking. It's usually kind of hard to flood a drip atomizer because before it gets to the point of submerging the coil, the juice will just leak out the bottom of the atty and all over you. With a drip shield installed, you can (conveniently) put much more e liquid (say, 8-10 drops) in your atomizer at a time, and any leaking e juice is trapped inside the drip shield between two o-rings. If your flavor/vapor drops off, you can just take a quick, unpowered pull on the atty and that will cause the extra liquid inside the shield to be drawn back up into the atty for you to vape. The gurgling you might hear when using a drip shield is just the extra juice being sucked back into the atomizer's housing...it's completely normal. Some atties I've used gurgle a little without a drip shield, but it's basically the same deal...juice being pulled up from the depths of the atty and closer to the coil and wick.

    Best Cherry Flavor

Trying to find the best cherry flavor e liquid out there that doesn't taste like cough syrup. I'm preferably looking for one that has no nicotine content so that I can vap all I want without overdoing it. Any recommendations for one that is juicy and mouthwatering? -Aimee

  5. Hello everyone! My name is Aimee and I've been vaping now for three weeks; which I helped me quit smoking now for two weeks. I started with a 21st Century e-cig, which helped me initially stop smoking. I then found the world of flavors when my husband did some research with me. I picked up a CE5 Clearomizer and a torpedo battery, along with two flavors, cotton candy and cherry. So far I've been enjoying my experience and look forward to trying new flavors.

Im back on reg cigs :( HELP

Pick up vision spinner battery and something like a vivi nova or carto tank. you can't go wrong that way. I'd also pick up some 18mg juice and you should be in vaping heaven. also 90% of the analog craving is in your head so just tell yourself you're done when the time comes and your vaping away!

  10. It's official. Stacked 18350s perform better than a single 18650. I'd heard that using a single 18650 limits the current to around 2.5 amps, while stacked 18350s allow around 4 amps. All I can say is that when I was using an 18650-powered Zmax in variable power mode with a 1½Ω dual-coil 306 drip atty, there really wasn't much difference in the vape above 13 watts. With stacked 18350s, I've been vaping at 15 watts, and you can definitely tell the difference between 13 watts (6½ watts per coil) and 15 watts (7½ watts per coil). When in variable voltage mode, I can set the Zmax to 4.9v and achieve 16 watts (8 watts per coil) while keeping well below the 4 amp limit (3¼ amps). This is the best vaping experience I've had to date.

I too am a ego t user. idk about Dallas...but there are a good number of quality shops online that you might want to check out. Delivery times are usually under 4 days. Prices obviously vary depending upon seller...but I found them cheaper online than in a traditional store front.

    Skin changes? :-D

Since I was in my 20's, I've always had acne on my back, chest, and upper arms. Always had good complexion until then....go figure, LOL!!! Can't day I've noticed much change overall. Maybe once I actually go long enough without analogs to let my body finally detox from over 20 years of buildup...but, I'm not betting the farm on it.

  15. When you plug in your ego battery the light on the charger should turn red. If it doesn't it isn't making contact. To fix this you will have to pull the post up on your battery. This is easy to do with a tiny flat screwdriver. Just work it up slowly on all sides. Just keep checking it on the charger. Don't go nuts and pull it off. I know there are YouTube videos that show how this is done. Welcome to VT.

    How much is TOO much?

Since I started vaping I've found I do it much more than I ever smoked. When I switched over I was going through 3/4 of a pack of Marlboro Lights a day. That's why I keep a variety of nic levels available. Like Uma, I vape 24 (very rarely used), but it's very handy when I can't vape as often. Lately, that's been my go-to level. Other times when I'm chain vaping I stay around 6 mg although I do have some flavors at 0 mg. From what I've read most of us vape more than we smoked. Congrats on putting away the analogs and go get some more juice!

  18. Here's an update in case anyone else ever runs into this situation. I was wondering if o-rings might fit over the base of the CE5. The reply came from the uber-helpful Donna at bluemistvaping.com: As far as the clearo, it sounds like you have a cracked base. If you examine it closely you may even be able to view the crack. You can try painting it at the base there with Sally Hansen Hard as Nails base coat. Once dry it will last a good while longer. If nothing else it'll prevent you from losing any more eliquid. Thank you for shopping Bluemist Vaping!

  19. There are tons of great drippers out there. There are the AVA, the HH357, the empire 901, the ikenvape i06, the smart vapes 306, there are tons of great ones. If you've never dripped I would start out with a traditional, non rebuildable atty. and yes consider this a step up not down.

    Skin changes? :-D

I'm having severe acne problems since my primary care provider decided I'm getting "too old" for the combination pill and should just take progesterin only. Yeah. I told her that I had too much testoterone in me...Wouldn't believe me, and here I go again. Anyhow, my blemishes have gotten better over this last week. I have not used anything different but vaping instead of cigarettes, and I read somewhere that cigarettes actually promote the androgyn hormones, which makes sense to a degree. I just hope I can walk around again without looking worse than in puberty *lol* Sorry for the graphic description

i broke out worse than a 13 year old going through puberty....then i stopped vaping PG for 4 days and my skin started clearing up. ive never had an acne problem...ever... i dont know if its from a combination of quitting and a PG sensitivity...but im glad its over now. im sure we will be noticing a few other things change, not just our complexions. isnt vaping great? xo

  24. Want the truth? Well here it is, EVERY system out there has a flaw. It depends on what you're willing to compromise on. The Vivi Novas don't leak but, provide a dry/burnt hit depending on the juice viscosity. Bobas being the thickest just won't work. I place all top fed clearos in the same category. They are also very hit and miss with the heads. One could be great and the next garbage. To me this system will never work consistently enough to use. The whole design fights itself. The coil is at the top and the wicks hang down to wick the juice up to the coil, all the time fighting gravity. This style people have been trying to get right for 2 years now and while the Vivi nova works the best it still has the issues former models had. Just not as often. Bottom coil clearos work better but still have leaking issues and still have consistency issues. Cartomizers have had consistency issues as well (bogegate) but for the most part that has behind us now. The good thing is that if one or 2 in a box don't work well you're not out very much money. Bad thing with thick juices is that the kill cartos very quick (2-3 days) They also mute flavor. Great thing about them is no leaking and very pocketable even a tank. All in all I believe they are the most consistent. I use Bobas in a carto tank at work most days. Atomizers have better flavor than cartomizers but tend to leak and splatter back in your mouth at times. Even with a drip shield they tend to leak and also make the draw much tighter than I like. You also need to keep a bottle with you to drip. Also remember "Friends don't let friends drip and drive."Lol Genesis atomizers have the best flavor but have a bit of a learning curve. They also aren't very pocketable as they leak when laid down. I prefer these to carto tanks when not at work. The flavor is that much better. There are also a couple enigmas that don't really fit into just one category. The Penelope is a rebuildable atomizer but it's surrounded by a tank that doesn't leak and has an adjustable juice control. The GP Spheroid is kind of a rebuildable cartomizer but also uses a wick to pull the juice from the batting. It also doesn't leak and has better flavor than a traditional cartomizer and since it's much bigger than a standard carto holds much more juice. I haven't tried either but both look promising. So there ya go. While none of the systems are perfect some are more consistent and solve more problems than others. Figure out what is really important and what you're willing to sacrifice and figure out what works for you. For me it was 2 systems. A carto tank for work and while I'm out and about because leaking is my primary concern. While at home I don't have to sacrifice flavor for portability so I use my genesis attys.

  25. Go to Walmart and pick up a diabetic tester carry case for around $6.00 to carry all your extras (I'll post pics of mine). I use CE4's on ego style batteries with no issues and have been for a while. The only time I had an issue is when I dropped it on the sidewalk and broke the tank :-/ LOL
