    Vapelite.info ?

As a matter of fact I just got my order of Boge atomizers from them today. So far I've found them to be wonderful to deal with and have bought quite a few things from their store -- including a couple of Vision Spinners.

  2. I quit vaping a few months ago because my workplace banned it - I vaped mostly at my desk, which greatly increased my productivity vs going outside to smoke every hour...but corporate America being as PC as it is, I work in a "drug free workplace" and vaping is verboten. I can't use nasal snuff at work either. Figure that out! Anyway, I just wanted to say that the new site looks wonderful! Good job guys! It made me feel good to stop by again. I hope everyone is doing well, and all the newbies are still getting the excellent and polite help that I got when I started here. This is a special forum. Everyone have a Happy New Year! Dave Edit - Ooops! I better ditch that banner in my sig, hadn't I? I'm not smoke free anymore, alas.

  3. In 2009 when I started vaping, it took me about a week to completely quit the analogues. That was in August, by January 2010 I was smoke free and only vaping. I started with a very high strength juice (36mg) and weened my self down to Zero. I vaped more when I had cravings, that is how I got through the rough spots. I have again quit smoking (2 days now), I have been just vaping through the cravings, which have been fewer and fewer. I made a deliberate and conscious decision to quit this time, cold turkey with no hidden analogues on the property to fall back on. Since I am not mixing analogues with vaping, the vapor tastes better (in my opinion). In the past when I have "played" with quitting, I'd vape a little and then smoke. The vapor tasted kind of funky, but now that I am not smoking analogues and vaping, I'm just vaping, there is not that funky taste. Another thing that I also have going for me is, I don't go to bars and I don't hang around friends and family that smoke. I was the lone smoker in my circle of friends and family that I regularly see socially, so it isn't difficult for me to distance myself from smokers. If you are really serious about quitting smoking, then set a date and smoke your last analogue and just vape. Try not to hang aroung your smoking friends for a few weeks, until you are firmly off the analogues and just vaping for awhile. That's my advice, for what it is worth. We'll see how it goes for me these next few weeks.

    Stainless Steel Mesh

Yes but you can roll many wicks with those sheets. Not to mention different size diameters and lengths, solid or hollow, thin walled with a large hole or thicker wall with smaller hole. Oxidizing isn't hard and only takes 5 min. It is nice to have the option though. Thanks for the link.

Yes, I can vouch for all the veteran vapers. They were more than nice and patient with me when I started, and they gave me the best and most helpful information. Still do.

  8. I tried the vision tank and did not care for it.I like the duel coil carto tanks. They might be a littlt harder to use then the visions but I think it's a better vape.

  9. Many will suggest the vivi nova line. They are vision products as well. They work well for most. The heads are replaceable. If I were going to make a suggestion I still enjoy carto tanks. They work well and more consistently for me. Good luck. I'm sure others will be along to help out more.

    Vaping Vitamin C

That's all good if it seems to help you. I have experienced cough relief just by not smoking but vitamin c is something that we all need whether we eat it, drink it or vape it.

  12. VV is great, in that you can adjust your mod's volts to suit your atty. VW is great, in that the mod will adjust it's volts itself, to suit your atty. Atty's change ohms as they heat up, or die out, or just because they can. The VW helps to keep a steady pace until the last puff. VV can do that too, with a push of the button to increase or decrease your volts as needed. VW uses up more battery, as a general rule, but it's well worth it. For instance, I use mechanical mods mostly, and love love love a fresh (hour off the charger before 1st use), battery at 4.2. The VW will let me vape a consistent equivalent to 4.2 until the battery is depleted at a safe 3.6 or 3.8. The batteries never get totally drained with the VW, which helps your batteries live longer overall.

    What Mods To Buy.

psssst, the Vamo comes in SS too guys, not just chrome plated brass. Vamo most certainly has the edge, imho, because of it's user friendly menu and price. But, if I were looking for a mod that holds up over time, I would chuck all the electrical ones and go with the Mechanical ones like the Poldiac. Honest. But then, not everyone can handle a mechanical mod hitting like a 6v mac truck. :P

If you are having trouble with Ego's you will really be bummed with some of the fancy suggestions you are getting.I would look a little closer into why you are have trouble with possibly the simplest PV out there.I would hate to see you spend $100.00's only to find out there is a flaw in youre technique.

Chuck em all and get the best mechanical mod on the market. The Poldiac. It even puts the Caravela in number 2 spot.

  18. Always good to get a good explanation of volts/watts/ohms/mAH...if I hear it another 100 times, it might finally stick...my mind is more feeble than it used to be!

  19. willmon yes 3.8 V with 1.8 is about right for most. I have found that if you use a varable wattage mod you can go up on wattage and get good to great vapor and not a hot or burnt flavor and great throat hit

  20. Sorry you have been having so much trouble quitting. I wish I could tell you there is some magic answer. What nicotine strength do you use? Cigarettes have so many chemicals in them that keep us addicted and vaping liquid is devoid of all those chemicals. For me, I would just vape until the craving subsided...eventually the cravings just went away.
