Actually that little seal ring shes talking about seals the juice from leaking out of the connection between the screw on drip tip and the tank. I lost mine too and if you tighten it a bit more it leaks very little. I still use mine with no problems and you wont get juice in your mouth because of that seal The rubber band may work because its not really an o ring more like a seal gasket.

I recently quit smoking and used an e-cig do so. As a rookie I know very little so when I was doing my research I read a ton of great info on teh 510 T and ended up FV. I absolutely love it and can't put it down. I wrote a review on my blog Big Vapers http://bigvapers.wordpress.com/2012/04/07/the-joye-510-t-the-perfect-starter-kit/ on why I think it is the best starter kit for noobs. I hop it's ok to link to my blog here, if not I can repost here, not a prob. I'm interested in knowing what others think and looking for some advice on the next step up? I'm consodering a CRV 900 or Bolt.

If a charger is working properly it will cease charging when the batt is completely charged. I leave mine on overnight and during the day. I'm beginning to rethink my practices. My wife did have a charger melt while it was plugged into her laptop but luckily we were in the room when it happened and were able to quickly unplug it.
