I use both dual coil and 2.0 Ohm LR cartomizers. I kinda switch off from one to the other. Both work well for me. I get mine from vaporkings or avidvapor. I haven't used a standard resistance in a very long time. Might have to buy some 3.0 Ohm's when I get my Lavatube Mod though.1 point

Quiting with e-cigs is not foolproof but it does take alot less willpower than any other method I have tried (tried patch,gum,inhaler, etc,....). Stick with it, there are alot better products out there now than when I switched. I am sure you will find one that works for ya.1 point -

You don't need a kit really. You need some syringes and blunt needles that you can get at liberty-flights. Nic liquid you can get many places but RTS has really good prices.. PG from TSC and VG from walmart..a few bottles and flavors and you are set..
