I apologize for any inconvenience. We have not received any orders we have not filled. We recently had some issues with the website and for some reason my email addy and phpone number were not reinstated on the contact us page. Feel free to contact me at Brian@TTTeliquids.com via email, or call me at 832-549-3612. We will get everything lined out for you.

    Coughing & Coughing

To narrow it down some, you may want to try some zero nic juice. My wife has this same problem and I searched and searched and searched for a juice she could vape, but everything made her cough. I tried PG, VG and mixes of PG/VG. At long last I found one juice she could vape... VapeRite Organic Waffle 18mg. She tried several other organic flavors and they also caused her to cough. After some experimenting with zero nic, we found that she could vape PG and/or VG with no problems... it's the nic that seems to cause the issues. At this point, she's been able to vape just about anything I make that's 12mg. Anything over 12mg makes her cough. I still don't know why she can vape 18mg Organic Waffle. Anyhow, may be something to consider.

  4. Once again, I disagree... Never say never! Peppermint oil has been inhaled for many, many years. I'm simply going to use the peppermint oil, and any attempts to dissuade me from doing so is an exercise in futility. I've done my research enough to know that using peppermint oil is not going to hurt me. Thanks for the pointer on doing things on a smaller scale, I'll make sure and do that before tweaking the whole bottle.

    Envy Ego

So I was on Envy Electronic Cigarettes website, envycig.com, and found out they have the Envy eGo. I called them and they told me it is a genuine Joye Tech product. Their eGo kit comes with 2 batteries, 2 atomizers, 1 cone, 5 cartridges, the USB adaptor, a wall charger, the carrying pouch, manual and 4 Envy Skins to personalize the eGo. Thought I would share this with everyone. I have been doing business with Envy for a long time and they are a wonderful company. I have dealt with other e-cig companies and Envy handles their customers with grace and care and this is why I continue to buy their products.

  7. A GREAT customer service experience! I am a relatively new vaper and just changed from a crappy mall type Smoke 51 to a Riva 510. My new Riva arrived March 16th (within 3 days of my order from Liberty Flights). Late this Tuesday evening, both batteries crapped out! Different symptoms, but both stopped working. (luckily I had talked a friend into ordering one too and he hooked me up with his spare battery so I didn't have to buy analogs) I dropped a late night email off to them, and when I had not heard anything by their lunch time on Wednesday I gave them a call. I talked to Jacob and explained my plight. He was very helpful and professional and indicated he would ship out two new batteries right away. They arrived today (East Coast) and included was a pre-paid return sticker for sending the old ones back. BRAVO! And thanks for keeping me away from the analogs! (Now I know...backups, backups, backups!) Dave
