I believe our responsibility lies with not promoting the lesser of two evils. I vape because I am a nic head. I would rather not vape at all, but that isnt an option Im willing to pursue at this point. If someone wants to try out vaping instead of smoking they can go for it. I for one will not promote it to non smokers. Nicotine addiction is hardcore. Im sorry I ever picked up my first cig.

3-4 times a day is a very very light vaper. So I can see why perhaps her higher usage may seem to you as overkill. Unless it's effecting her life, family and overall well being, I don't see an issue with it. Most cigarette users will smoke 10-11 puffs off of a cigarette in a short period of time. Heavy cigarette users will smoke every 30 minutes. (Given the chance, give or take) That's about 20-25 puffs an hour. Vapers, though I'm not sure why (I do the same thing) tend to take constant puffs over a long period of time rather than short burst cycles. So, if she smoked 2 cigarette an hour, when vaping she'll probably takes a puff every 2 - 2.5 minutes. Essentially she is keeping her nicotine level at a constant level. Upping her nicotine may cause her to vape less, but essentially, she'll get the same amount of nicotine with half the work. That may make you feel better because she's vaping less, but the nicotine content is the same. It's purely appearance. If she has just switched to vaping, her body is still dependent on many chemicals that are not in e cigarettes. Her body is probably craving those chemicals. After a short period of time, she'll probably balance out and vape less. From there, she can step down to a lower nicotine strength. Basically what you're asking is for a caffeine addict to drink from a smaller cup with more shots rather than a larger cup with less shots. It's the same thing. Again, unless it's effecting her life, family and overall well being, she'll balance out and be just fine.

The kit that link led to uses atomisers and cartridges.The advice in the first reply will work ,you can actully just pull the filler out with tweezers and wash and pat it dry and put it back in..The cart that usually comes on a 510 atty does not usually have filler in it and is good for dripping.Make sure to blow through the atomiser to remove any primer liquid that may be in there.It sometimes has been in quite some time and can be funky,but will make some vapor.A lot of people do not realise there is not a full cartridge on it and assume it is either nasty or not working right.Good luck and enjoy.

What the difference with that and the mega I see in the store?" the mega atomizers are just bigger, they're the same diameter as your ego battery, instead of skinny like the 510 attys that came with it, and they come in standard resistance and low resistance, i got the low resistance ones, because lr is frickin awesome! "If I get the regular lr atomizer are there cartridges for that or should I just go with a tank system?" there are cartridges for the skinny 510 attys, and the mega attys in both cone and cylinder styles. however, carts aren't very good, you're better off using your atomizers for direct dripping, and a tank system or cartomizers for when you can't drip. "Typically I just direct drip with my atomizer but I see that some are using cartridges (do they leak) or the tank system and are happy." i haven't had any leaking issues with cartridges, but direct dripping is way better. the tank system hasn't leaked very much for me. if you can direct drip, do, i prefer it to everything else. "Will my cone fit over a regular or mega atomizer? Do I need a drip tip for either...looks so." your cone will fit over the 510 style atomizers, not the megas, as they's the same diameter as the big end of the cone. you need a drip tip for any atomizer you want to drip with (at a buck apiece, get one for 510, one for ego cone, and one for ego cylinder and be prepared for everything) "If I want to try the tank system, do I need a special atomizer?" yes, you need an eGo-T atomizer (the -T is for tank) and yes, it will work with your regular eGo "Do I buy the tank cartridges separately?" yes, look for eGo-T tank cartridges, they're usually blue, translucent and all plastic. "Should I just go ahead and get a tank kit?" you could, you'll have to weigh your options, the tank kit is easier to clean and refill than cartomizers "Should I just stick with the lr cartomizers I have been using with success?" IMO, cartomizers are great if you're sticking with one particular liquid, if you're trying a bunch of different liquids, they're a huge pain to clean all the time. if you fill them with the same liquid over and over, you only really have to clean them once they start producing less vapor and throat hit. tanks and cartomizers are both great options for when you can't drip, i've tried them both and can't really decide on which is best. hope this helps Jon

I have a very dear old friend who vapes way too much. Her cousin got her into Vapor 4 Life and it just is not working for her. She was visiting me recently and I noticed how much she vaped, not 4 minutes went by before she had that ecig in her mouth again. She looked like a junkie on crack. Her batteries are always depleted and she waits until she runs out before she loads up her cartridges (I counted over 25 of them). She had 4 batteries when she came here then lost two of them at another friends house. Well she finally got back to my house and had to use my Riva. I may use mine 2-4 times a day. I have never really run my battery until it died completely, nor do I run out of juice within the hour that she used it before running out of juice. I told her that she needs to up her mgs of nicotine but she said that she does not. Currently she is using 18 mg but I think she should be using a higher dosage. Am I correct in this? The one good thing came out of it is that she loves my Riva and realizes that Vapor 4 life is not working for her. I currently have the riva 750 but I think she needs the big mama.. I forgot the number but hopefully I can get it for her for christmas.
